Ted agrees to act as an independent sales representative for Bingo Products, including negotiating contracts and collecting deposit on orders. Ted is to receive 10% of the total ultimately collected from clients on contracts he negotiates. A client signs a contract for $20,000 worth of product. Ted collects a $2,500 balance of the deposit.
