how much of a difference has learning about psychology made in your life

Will you please answer these two classmates for me. There is no real word count and I am busy working on another project

Hey Jennifer,

Before I ask my question, I need to paint a picture first. There are so many college students that go to college having no idea what they want to do in life. Once they have chosen something, often they do not know the education requirements, job availability or realistic income opportunity associated with named career. In this class we have researched many different subdivisions of psychology in the realm of education requirements, income, etc. My question is this: After doing your research in the specific career that you would like to pursue, has the education requirements, realistic income or job availability, etc for your specific career caused you to rethink the career you would like to pursue? Has doing your research have no affect on your present career path and view of? Or other? I think ya'll know where I am trying to go with this.

Hey Kathleen,

A question to ask about psychology that I have, would be to ask how much of a difference has learning about psychology made in your life? This class is the end of every body’s BA in psychology (I think) and personally in my own life earning this degree has changed me. With nearly every class I think that my mind has expanding and my understanding as well. Learning about psychology has changed me as a person and has made me better. I’ve enjoyed it so much. Has learning about psychology changed anybody else as well, for the better?

This is why I am SO excited about earning a Master’s degree in psychology, because I feel as though the study of psychology has made me a better person and a better mother too. I am excited to continue my education because the benefits to my personal life are so great. Is anybody else experiencing this as well?
