how to counsel this lady in regards to what type of issues that I should be concentrating

I have a client who is a female lady. Who is from a strong Indian culture and faith and. The lady in question believes in a lot of her own faith and culture but even though her family has told her that when she finishes university she can choose her own husband, a xxxslong as suitable, but is already in a secret lesbian relationship, is quite abusive with her partner and is unsure whether she is lesbian or bi. Can you give myself some advice on how to counsel this lady in regards to what type of issues that I should be concentrating on with my client
