1. Add Aggregate Functions to Datasheets
2. If necessary, open a03_script_solution3. Save it as a03_script_solution4. Open thePayment Calculationsquery in Design view.Drag the ListingID field to the fifth column. Switch to Datasheet view.
3. Click Totals in the Records group on the HOME tab. Click in the Total row below EstimatedRepairs and select Avg Click below ListingID and select Count. Click below Repairs Per Sq Ft and select Avg.
4. Save and close the query.
5. Create a Totals Query with Grouping and Conditions
6. Create a new query in Query Design and add the Listings table. Add the EstimatedRepairs and Sold fields to the grid. Click Totals in the Show/Hide group on the DESIGN tab. Under EstimatedRepairs, click Group By and click Avg. Under Sold, click Group By, click Where and type Yes in the Criteria row. 
7. Change the format of the EstimatedRepairs field to Currency. Run the query and explain the results show the overall average repairs for houses that have been sold. Save the query as Overall Average Repairs and close the query.
8. Create a new query in Design view and add the Lists and Listings tables. Add the NameOfList field and the EstimatedRepairs, ListingID, and Sold fields. Click Totals on the DESIGN tab. Change the Total row for EstimatedRepairs to Avg, the Total row for ListingID to Count, and the Total row for Sold to Where. Type Yes in the criteria for Sold. Change the format of the EstimatedRepairs to Currency. Change the caption of the ListingID to Number Sold.
9. Run the query and point out that LightHouse has average estimated repairs under $120,000 for its damaged properties. Save the query as Results by List and leave it open.
10. Add a Calculated Field to a Totals Query
11. Save the open query as Results by List Revised. Switch to Datasheet view, and click Totals in the Records group. Change the Total to Sum for the Number Sold.
12. Switch to Design view and in the first blank column, type DaysListed:[DateListed]-#4/1/2016# Change the Total row to Avg. Format the field asFixed with 0 Decimal Places.
13. Again LightHouse listings have the longest time listed (59 days) as well as the average repair amount within the desired range.
14. Save and close the query and exit Access.
