How do rewards and punishment impact how we learn?

4 sentences each please.

1)How do rewards and punishment impact how we learn?  What most motivates you as a reward?  What punishments are most effective to deter you from not doing something? (either instructor or self-inflicted)  Your response should be at least 250 words and directly utilize the textbook by saying something like "According to the book on page XXX, it says..." at least once.

2) discusses information processing and how we remember things.  How do you describe your memory?  Do you have a good memory?  Are certain things easier for you to remember.  If so, what?  Are certain things harder for you to learn.  If so, what?  Do you have a better short-term or long-term memory?  How do you cope with with your memory weaknesses or how do you use you memory strengths?  Your response should be at least 250 words and directly utilize the textbook by saying something like "According to the book on page XXX, it says..." at least once.
