Please expound on answers...
St. Augustine, who was born in North Africa, is described in the Ways of Religion textbook as "the first great Christian philosopher" (page 364). St. Augustine held the idea that a vacuum, or empty space, existed in the hearts of every human being. This vacuum, which was created as a result of the yearning for God, could only be filled by God. As St. Augustine stated (in the first paragraph of section 1, Book 1 of The Confessions), "My heart is restless until it rests in Thee, My God."

Do you think that the central idea in this quotation by St. Augustine (along with its implications) could be aptly applied to the nature of God as found in African religions, as discussed by Parrinder? (You are encouraged to bring in any of the other religious traditions so far covered during this course of study as they relate to the nature of God). Please give reasons for your answer.
