How is his 5 levels of needs apply to an organization

Hi. I have a quick question regarding  MASLOW'S  HIERARCHY OF NEEDS MOTIVATIONAL MODEL. .How is his 5 levels of needs apply to an organization? Not from a psychological standpoint, but from a motivational perspective.

For example: Security NEeds:  Inspire employees to form coalitions in order to foster a working environment that promotes cooperative approach between (authority/partisans), and engage into different means of effective communications
