To prepare:
Review  the "Problem Statement Example" document, and "Leadership Styles Draft" component. I need help defining a problem statement, and tying it to psychology. I chose leadership styles (transformation and transactional) as my research topic; however, I'm coming up short in terms of establishing a relevant problem statement. I also need help explaining my rationale and any connecting theories to my topic.Â
Ultimately, I was my initial aim was to investigate the qualities necessary to make a good/effective leader.Â
