strategies to overcome barriers based on race

I have two questions that need to be answered. They only need to be a paragraph.

Q1: Page 163 of the text quotes Walker et al. (2007) and their position on racism in the CJ system. The following paragraph discusses strategies to overcome barriers based on race and suggests "zero tolerance policies on bias within the police ranks." While this sounds like a great idea, how does an agency go about enforcing it? Do you have any other ideas to reinforce proper policing? Have you found any in your research?Be sure to properly document your findingsQ2: Some locales are imposing or considering laws that put local police on the front lines of immigration enforcement, while others create so-called "sanctuaries," officially prohibiting their officers from investigating legal immigration status. How does the debate on immigration affect community policing?Be sure to properly document your findings
