How does the stained image change from one objective to the next? (What was noted from your experimentation)

 

A negative stain is a process using which dye? How is it different from the other stains performed (what did you see under the microscope)?

 

Why doesn't Negative staining use Gram's iodine?

 

Which organisms will stain Purple? Which organisms will stain Pink?

When viewing bacteria using a simple stain vs a negative stain, what differences can be viewed? Does one provide more details than others?
