application of the exclusionary rule in a criminal case

Find a recent case (decided in the last 10 years) that considers the application of the exclusionary rule in a criminal case.  You should look for a case that is not in your text.  You should read the case carefully.  Then POST an explanation of the facts of the case and the holding of the court.  Explain why the majority of the Court decided the case as it did and then explain the position of the Dissent (if there is one).  You should finish your paper with your opinion as to what this case will mean (or not mean) for the future of the exclusionary rule.  Your paper should be at least 300 words. Message me the case before you begin and I will check and make sure it is not one listed in our texbook.  Thanks!
