Interview someone you know who is in a management role. This can be at your current place of employment or someone that you know personally who works in a managerial role.

Prepare and deliver a 7-10 minute oral presentation with accompanying visual aids of the interview including the following:

  • Discuss what you discovered about contingency planning.
  • Discuss how creativity and critical thinking relate to contingency planning.
  • Explain how you might integrate creativity into your own planning process.
  • Discuss what you learned about creativity and its relationship to the decision-making process.
  • Identify the key steps that might require a contingency plan

I need a powerpoint presentation with 8 slides. The first 3 slides will follow: (1) Title, (2) Introduction, (3) Agenda. Use the 6x6 rule which is no more than 6 bullets per slide; no more than 6 words per slide if possible. (Use speaker notes for majority of talking points). For Introduction: My name is Lawrence Debota. I'm a delivery driver for Budweiser and have been working there since 2004. The person I chose to interview was the retail service manager. Every slide must have a visual/picture. For the picture for slide 1, use the Budweiser/Budlight logo in the background.
