find the amount of PNP in tube

i need to find the amount of PNP in tube(umoles)

it says to do

 

concentration of pnp(umoles/ml) * volume of pnp added to tube (ml) = amount of pnp in the tube(umoles)

 

my data is volume of 0.12 umole/ml PNP(mls)=0.5

volume of pH 4 buffer B (mls) = 2.5

volume of 0.1M, ph 11, Na carbonate(mls) =3

 

 

can you show me how to do it? i just did 0.5* 2.5 but i know that the answer should be smaller like 0.1 or 0.07 something like this.
