Dreams:

3 written reports of dreams - one big dream. one dream that stands out and one regular dream - include as much detail as possible when reporting each dream such that each dream is longer than 50 words. (Dream types are defined below)

Types of Dreams:

1. Big Dream - Jung coined the term 'big dream' to describe dreams that are very striking, vivid or bizarre. Big dreams frequently have universal themes such as the conquering, rescuing superhero, the healing serpent or snake, the warrior, the earth mother giving birth or protection etc. Big dreams usually have a powerful central image, that is a visual image often remembered for a lifetime and which has an on-going influence on the life or personality of the dreamer. The colour in big dreams may be vivid and bold as in a fairy tale book. The colour may be sparkling or luminous or dark and threatening.

2. Dreams that Stand Out - Dreams that stand out usually have a striking, attention-grabbing visual image that you remember. A dream that stands out may be a memorable dream that you have remembered for a long time. It may be a dream that you have found especially important or significant for your own reasons or it me be an impactful dream that has had an impact on your work or creativity.

3. Regular Dreams or Recent Dreams - Regular dreams often take the form of a narrative (story) or a drama. They are often related to activities, events, relationships etc. that you experience in your waking life. Regular dreams are usually forgotten if we don't make the attempt to write them down right away.
