Results
Figure 1 presents the results of the analyses relating procrastination to self-control. Overall, the results show that greater levels of procrastination (M= 37.77, SD= 9.56) are associated with lower levels of self control (M = 39.97. SD = 7.98). The relationship between the variables was analysed through a Pearson correlation coefficient and showed a significant negative correlation between procrastination and self-control, r(188, N =190) = -0.614, p < .05. correlation between procrastination and self-control, r(188, N=190) = -0.614, p <.05.
