This is a two-part assignment.

 First, watch the video and discuss the ways in which the understanding of biology has affected and continues to affect the practice of psychology today. What are the advantages and controversies surrounding this understanding? Complete your post with some observed (by you) everyday examples. Don't be too general or provide "just common sense" examples which anybody might know without taking this class--link the everyday examples to concepts from your assigned readings to date.

Second, provide a piece of media content (video, charts or graphs from websites, etc.) to further illustrate your point. Be sure you are using citations and references in your posting.  Have some fun with this one! Remember, everything psychological is biological in origin. The possibilities are limitless! :-)
