It is easier to stereotype affirmative action laws as being a "Black" issue than actually learning how far reaching these policies actually are. Affirmative action policies cover the majority of people in the U.S. yet people still insist that the policies should be eliminated. The question would be why? If everyone is being treated fairly, then it is irrelevant whether the affirmative action policies are in place, right?
