On your own, you will complete a job study project that consists of a job description, and the development of employee selection tools (pre‐employment test plan). To complete this project, you are asked to find another person who is currently employed, who will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during the job analysis. You will then use the information derived from this job analysis to create:
 A job description
 A pre‐employment test plan – address the possibility of adverse impact and how it could affect
your process.
All components of the project should be typed. Your project will be graded for content, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and organization.
