Discuss the Goals of this meeting a.What/Why are we having this meeting? - Understand the importance of communication - If there is no communication it will result in failure as a group - Being mindful makes people feel more comfortable and more able to communicate - Learn how communication makes us more successful - Always ask questions and never be afraid to. - Missing scheduled phone/video conferences are the main reasons people fall behind. - Checking e-mail frequently to help others and to be updated on the project information. b.
