create a formula that will do this in one cell.

This question doesn't pertain to homework but more a problem I am having with a spreadsheet at work. I took advanced spreadsheets last term (got an A :)) so I believe what I am after is possible but I cant seem to tweak the formula into working the way I want it too.

There is a sales quota of $15,000. Each salesman that surpasses the quota receives a 5% bonus on the amount OVER $15,000.

How can I create a formula that will do this in one cell. I can do it using two but would really like to only use one.
