I'm extremely confused about how to answer the results section:
Â
Data as follows:
mass iodate= 1g
volume iodate was dilluted in = 250mL
The thiosulfate solution was made using 8.7g of thiosulfate and 0.05g sodium bicarbonate and was diluted to 500mL in a volumetric flask
Â
PartB:
For the Vitamin C solution, 100mg of Vitamin C tablet (crushed) was added into a erlenmeyer flask with ~40mL sulfuric acid. 0.5 g of sodium bicarbonate was added. 25mL of the iodate solution was added afterwards. 1g of KI, 15mL of sulfuric acid and 0.1g of sodium bicarbonate was added and titration began.Â
