to provide a backup solution for a server 2012

I need to provide a backup solution for a server 2012 which has A/D, DNS, DHCP, File and print Server. It has 320GB HDD and about 200 is used. Has two partition and one has data which will also need to be backup.

And also need to provide a solution so that all the users can use software throughout the Domain. For instance, if user1 need to have ms office, adobe, and internet browser, and internet browsers bookmark from any computer on the domain.
