What type of forensic serological analysis would you perform on this swab? (Discuss how you would begin your analysis and what testing would be performed).

A swab was collected during a sexual assault exam. This swab is from the victim's right thigh where the perpetrator had bitten the victim. The skin was torn where the bite mark was swabbed.

This swab has been submitted to the forensic laboratory for serological analysis. 

The swab appears to have some light tan staining on it.

What type of forensic serological analysis would you perform on this swab? (Discuss how you would begin your analysis and what testing would be performed).  

Remember that forensic serology analysis does not include DNA analysis.
