Dr. Lowell J. Levine's performance and testimony in the case of "Ted Bundy" is valid since he has participated in court marshals, federal court, and U.S. senate of the United State Congress. Most importantly, in the assentation of John F. Kennedy and Tsar Nicholas II and his family, and Joseph Mengele (a Nazi criminal).  According to the American Board of Forensic Odontology (2016), states that in his career he has participate, identify, and examining approximately 170 cases in every part of New York state and worldwide. Not far, Dr. Lowell J. Levine has received "Hobart College's Medal of Excellence as a recognize graduate student. His achievements and excellent performance in his forensic odontology field has increase a way to help the authorities to identify the suspect and the victim.
