David and Edgar are sitting beside each other in a movie theater and keep elbowing each other over the shared armrest. David believes it is his, and Edgar believes it is his - neither will relent and both are getting increasingly upset. Finally, Edgar pulls his arm back and elbows David in the face, intending to hurt him, but not break any bones. He knows he could break his nose, but does it anyway. Well, David is shorter than Edgar realizes and the blow lands squarely on his nose, breaking it, and cutting his forehead open with his eyeglasses. David suffers serious bodily injury. What type of intent NOT would describe this?
