In "Race against Time" by Wright Kai (2017), he illustrates how Mr. Obama tries to help the nation as a whole with social inequities, race-neutral policies and politics that have been a problem for the law enforcement and for the community. Having equality in an African American community or in the United States community is not something that is just obtained instead it is a matter of engagement, protect, and preserve. (Kai, 2017). Mr. Obama believes in equality, justice, and fairness for every race. The most affected race is African Americans. In the United States Police Departments have created programs for citizens to participate and learn about the laws Most of the time African Americans attended these programs. This showed that Police officers can create friendships with African Americans community no matter their social economic background and their race (Kai, 2017). An example is when Mr. Obama states that Republicans and Democrats have differences about issues accruing in the United States but they find a way to put their differences aside .This is the same way as Black communities with the law enforcement. It is all about respect to each other and equality for everyone.
