How would you structure the session to handle the feelings of all group members?

You are leading a group counseling session of 12 violent male inmates. One inmate accuses another of spreading rumors about him, and a fistfight occurs between he two inmates.  After order is restored, you are now faced with continuing the counseling session.  What counseling issues might you expect to be brought up? What concerns would you have? How would you structure the session to handle the feelings of all group members?
