"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures".

 Hello,

I am having trouble with these questions. Can you please help me answer them? ASAP

Thnaks!

  1. The 4th Amendment maintains "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures". There are well delineated exceptions to the 4th Amendment that allow police officers to conduct reasonable searches without a search warrant. Name two outlined in the book and give good examples of each.
  2. List the four categories of items that can be seized by use of a search warrant and give examples of each.
