I need help writing a paper for NETW 583, Strategic management for technological innovation. The paper is for a comprehensive Strategic Plan, which can be done on an existing mobility carrier such as Verizon Wireless or ATT.  The project needs to show a written plan suggesting a practical strategic direction for the company.  It needs to be 12-18 pages long, double spaced.  there are 6 sections and each section needs to be 2-3 pages in length.  Attached is additional criteria if needed.  Below are the sections:
