Paraphrase:
1)Â Â The butterfly valve fully opened to allow air to flow into the pipe.
2)Â Â An exhaust fan is turned on while the other two remain off.
3)Â Â Place the pitot tube across the pipe cross sectional area where the impact tube is facing the centerline of the flowing stream to measure the velocity profile of the stream. For each time change the Pitot tube depth 4,3,2 and 1cm.
4)  Measure and record the values of the differential pressure across the two sections of the pipe and  for the orifice plate and venture tube where the Pitot tube is attached by using the water manometer. Change the Butterfly valve after each reading 25,50,75 and 100%.
5)Â Â Repeat steps 1-4 separately with 2 and 3 exhaust fans turned on. For each time deferent exhaust fans were used for example, 1 small, 1 large, 2 small and then 1 small and 1 large.
6)Â Â Repeat step 2-5 for a half opened (45 degrees) or closed butterfly valve.
7)Â Â Turn off all the exhaust fans and fully close the butterfly valve.
