I am trying to analyze the poem Mother to Son by Langston Hughes the main analysis is to use symbolism and imagery and I am having trouble separating the two. Also I am supposed to use a lot of in text citations and my APA is weak. Can someone help me understand how symbolism and imagery are used in this poem and how to use the in text citations as they apply to a poem
