Throughout this study, the concepts of homeland security and homeland defense, as well as their associated missions and resources have been our focus. This particular essay (three pages) is to offer your position as to the competency of the overall homeland security enterprise to identify and respond to future areas of risk in a proactive and effective manner. Your position should be fully supported by appropriate details and examples regarding this overall capability.
