Read the attachment and summarize the intentions of The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program. Based on the statistical information provided in the Overview, do you believe this program has been effective? The funding for this federal program has steadily increased from $12.4 million in FY 03 to $75 million in FY 09, then decreased to $27 million in FY 2015. Do you believe an expenditure of $27 million is worthwhile for this program? Can you explain the peak expenditure in 2009 coupled with the steady decline? Please explain and support your answer.
