100 words on your thoughts...Many controversies face America's criminal justice system and her courts and court system. Over the next seven weeks we will examine many of those controversies and try to analyze the issues and discuss possible changes and solutions.

Many argue that the rights of criminal defendants outweigh the rights of victims, their families, and society. Included in that argument is the issue of Mirandizing suspects.
