How should the engagement of the Central Banks be regulated?
Central Bank interventions in the financial market many times, at the cost of taxpayer money. There have been many situations where these efforts have not yielded the desired results. A recent example is when the Russian Central Bank attempted to regulate the fall of the Ruble but failed, resulting in an overall loss of $30 Billion.Â
