how many would you consider examples of Brady material? Why? or Why not?
Due to Brady v Maryland case, exculpatory evidence is often termed "Brady material". Of the following examples, how many would you consider examples of Brady material? Why? or Why not?Â
1). Inconclusive DNA evidence.Â
2.) When an officer in the case has a known pattern of lying in an official capacity.
