I am currently limited on time and stuck when it comes to finding the information for a slide and speaker notes regarding the outcome of the the following constitutional rights being violated:

Fourth Amendment:
Includes the right to be free from illegal search and seizure, and covers provisions involving search warrants.

Fifth Amendment:
Covers due process rights, the right to remain silent, Miranda Rights, and rights against double jeopardy.

Sixth Amendment:
Includes the right to a speedy trial, the right to have an impartial jury, being provided the assistance of counsel, rights to confront witnesses, the right to be made aware of charges being brought and the punishment assigned, as well as the right to compel witnesses to appear in court.

Eighth Amendment: Covers rights involving bail and limitations on sentencing, and prohibitions regarding cruel and unusual punishments.
