Using biosocial theories how would a principal attempt to correct the child's actions while at school?

An eight-year-old child is having trouble at school involving fighting, failure to pay attention in class, and failure to follow simple rules. Teachers have spoken to the child's parents, but it is apparent the parents do not care about the child. The father is in jail and the mother abuses alcohol. Using biosocial theories how would a principal attempt to correct the child's actions while at school?
