1)     There are numerous ways white-collar crime is defined.  Why are those differences important?  Discuss some of these differences.  Be specific and use examples.

 

2)     In the investigation of white-collar crimes various sources of information are available to an investigator.  List three (3) of these sources and discuss how each aids in an investigation.

 

3)     Both the criminal justice system and civil lawsuits can impact the control of white-collar crime.  Does either one have more of an impact over the other?  Defend your answer; be specific.
