I need a case that fits the Criteria please In the final assignment for this class, you will research a court case in which the defendant is charged with “honest services fraud”. This type of crime is referred to in a 28-word sentence of 18 U.S.C. § 1346 (the federal mail and wire fraud statute), added by the United States Congress in 1988, which states: "For the purposes of this chapter, the term scheme or artifice to defraud includes a scheme or artifice to deprive another of the intangible right of honest services." You must use a case where there was an actual trial; plea bargains or other truncated cases are not appropriate for this assignment.
