Do you think that it would be beneficial for vocational programs in order assist tertiary prevention? One of the biggest factors that attracts juveniles to the gang style life is the ability to earn money. Learning trade skills that are high paying (HVAC, electrician, plumber, welder, etc) may entice those gang members that want a way out of the life, especially since most gangs are youth focused
