  • Many new officers struggle with finding a balance between being accepted as "one of the guys" (or gals) and doing the right thing morally and ethically. Is it ever ok to look the other way if you are aware of an impropriety committed by a fellow officer? Does the severity of the impropriety matter? Please explain your position.
