            In 1966 (Arizona V. Miranda) Miranda warning was established since Ernesto Miranda was convicted for kidnapping and rape in 1963. When he was arrested, the law enforcement didn’t mention the Miranda warning before he confessed and even have an attorney present in the trial. On the trial the prosecutor used his confession as evidence in court and was sentence to 20-30 years and later his sentence change to 11 years in prison.  In 1966 the supreme court indicated that Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 was a violation to the constitution to the 5^th amendment (due process law) and 6^th amendment (the right to counsel). Stearns (Monday 24, 2016) mentions that a person rights should not be violated under the constitutional’s Bill of Rights. Miranda warning procedure should be follow regarding any circumstances. There’s opposing and supporting viewpoints if terrorist should be treated fairly and equality in a trial court and be given the Miranda Warning before integration. Recently years they have been evidence to show both sides (opposing and supporting) factors that has influenced terrorist in the United States and in the society. Factors such as the use of the amendment, torturing techniques, and the use of Miranda Warning can have an effect on the terrorist and the nation. As for today, the Miranda warning has been in a debate for the fact if a terrorist should have Miranda rights.
