Furthermore, in the article “Senate Intelligence Committee: Study on the Central Intelligence Agency’s Detention and Interrogation Program,” the author (N.A, 2014), did a study on December 2012amd was released pm December 9, 2014 about the investigating of the use of torture and how CIA have the ability to gain information from the terrorist On the report of the study included the information obtained from tortured techniques and the integration program. The study came to a conclude that stated that “enhanced integrations techniques” used by the CIA was not effective and has shown no results and no intelligence. The torture can be the best way to get and admit information from someone but the person will admit to say false information just to stop the pain. It has been proven that under the influence of extreme pain people will reveal information yet we don’t know if the information might be false and have some kind of bias. The terrorist would might just lie or die while in the process of tortured and just make the United State look bad and heartless. Miranda Warning play an important role to our nation terrorist are human being and if they don’t have respect for our country and for the people we shouldn’t play their game and respect the Constitution Bill of Rights that accrued everyone in all over the country.
