 As a final point, the law enforcement should have Miranda Warning for the terrorist suspects and follow the Constitution Bill of Rights. As Merino (2013), argues there’s should used the Bill of Rights to evaluate terrorist’s suspects, using Miranda Warning can increased the ability to gain information, and using the method of tortured is not an effective tool. Considered the evidences shown by Merino (2013), his arguments and evidences hold his perceptive in a high demand spot and changed people’s perspective based on the treatment of the terrorist and how they have the right as everyone else.
