Also, in the book, “Essentials of Criminal Justice Cengage Learning” (Siegel & Worall,2015), explains how constitution has be used to stop any criminal law that violated a person equality and the way of treated them with dignity and respect pg. 67, para 4). The author addresses the tragically terrorist attack of September 11,2001. The people who committed the crime didn’t intend to kill any person who was inside the building World Trade Center (Siegel & Worall,2015). Their plan of attacking the United states of American was to harm mentally not physically. As it results the whole situation turned out to be a horrible event to the victims, victim’s family, and to the United States of America. However, the Bill of Rights have to be uses as a process for the suspect known as a terrorist. Terrorist treatment has to include trail by a jury, due process of law, and the procedural rights. The law enforcement has used illegal authority to process a terrorist in a trail and have violated every rights of the terrorist Terrorist’s suspects, should have the Miranda Warning even if they commit the worst crime in history the constitution Bill of Rights speak for every individual all over the countries.
