revised and edit my summary response

In addition, in the article, “Justice News” (General David Kris,2010), explains how getting information using the Miranda for the terrorist suspects is an effective process. The criminal justice system over the years have collected valuable evidences to help our country and the people to be a safe state. By using the Miranda rights for terrorist suspects is a good idea because the terrorist known that we have “respect” for them even on what they did to our country.  The defendant (terrorist) will feel comfortable by talking and giving away information to help the law enforcement to use the information to stop a crime before procuring. Yet, the defendants know he will spend a long time in prison in the same time he’s cooperating with the law enforcement (General David Kris,2010). The author acknowledges the fact that a terrorist suspects have provided information such as, telephone number and emails, information about attacks in the U.S target, weapons programs, recruiting techniques, and communication and security methods by using the Miranda warning. The article concludes with the fact that a terrorist should have a fair trial and people should agree if we want to have to provide a safe environment for the present and for the future.
