The question I am seeking an answer to is a discussion board question

"Stereotypes and bias present a significant concern for the justice system.  What solutions do you suggest for making the justice system appear to be unbiased and impartial?  Keep in mind that this question did not state "Racial stereotypes & biases...."   Stereotypes & bias are not limited to racial issues - gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, etc. can also be issues.  Even if you were to only look at racial issues, there is more to the issue than "black & white" - there are different races/ethnicities in the U.S. and depending on the area you are examining - the race/ethnicity being affected could be different.  If you only limit your initial posting to "race" it will not score well since we need to always look at all types of biases, etc. if we want to address this issue."
