In "There Is No Evidence of Racial Discrimination in the Criminal Justice System," The author John Perazzo argues that "President Barack Obama was wrong to claim that there's racism in the criminal justice system." Perazzo explains, justice system has the higher crime rates and it's common in the Africans.  The author also mentions that there's no evidence that shows racial discrimination in the areas of arrest, trial or sentencing. It's false that there's no evidences of racial discrimination on Africans.  Perazzo is wrong about the fact that Africans are the average of committing crimes than other racial (whites). Anyone can commit a crime and it doesn't matter what racial the person is. The second argue is how Barack Obama talks about how past decades there was no bias. However, Perazzo comments, the crime justice literature mentions that nothing has changed. The number of crimes can change rapidly and can be influenced by bias. The last argues is Barack Obama explains how African Americans are the one that sell cocaine and has penalties for possession of crack cocaine and as a result it can because of poverty.
