Differential association theory is often utilized to explain how the behaviors, particularly criminal behaviors, of youth are linked to and influenced by their interactions with peers rather than by parental guidance.  Using this theory as the basis for your analysis, appraise how youth behaviors are learned from peers and how they differ from traditional behaviors that would result in an arrest in the adult system.
